Sometimes it can be hard to talk when someone has not been their usual self. How can we frame a conversation so the focus is on helping them to be well, rather than negatively criticising their performance. This tool helps with thinking about how we can help our colleagues and our teams when something is wrong, and not just approaching an issue in a negative light that can make it worse.
