The purpose of this policy is to reinforce the DHBs' commitment to managing and preventing unacceptable behaviour in the workplace, including bullying, harassment, discrimination and victimisation, explain what constitutes these behaviours, and clarify responsibilities of the DHBs, managers, and employees in relation to unacceptable behaviour.
